Thank you for visiting the Placentia Library Friends Foundation (PLFF) website! The purpose of PLFF is to assist Placentia’s public library through enhancing its programs, raising funds for operating capital and endowment, managing the endowment for the benefit of the library, promoting volunteer programs, and providing educational and cultural opportunities for its membership and library users.
